 Cars have become an important part of our life as they make travelling convenient and comfortable. But it seems to be a task for the new driving learners who were trying to drive a car. In today's world driving is a mandatory skill that will make you independent in terms of going somewhere. 

Car driving tips:

when you are going to drive a car always check the position of the wheels it will help you to understand position of the steering wheel of the car.

After sitting inside the car adjust the seat according to your comfort and visibility outside the car.

After seat adjustment, put the keys in ignition and start the engine and wait for some seconds to let the engine settle down its RPM to normal. And after all this you are ready to go.





How to drive Manual cars:

Manual cars have clutch pedal that will use while shifting gears. And here it has a manual gear box which has a gear knob used to shifting the gears. Here are some steps to be followed while driving a car.

1. When you going to drive a car, check the position of the wheels to understand the position of the steering wheel of the car.

2. Adjust the seat according to your comfort and visibility outside the car and after that please wear the seat belt.

3. Put the key into ignition and turn ON the engine and wait for some seconds while engine settle down its RPM.

4. Press the clutch paddle and use gear knob to put on the 1st gear.

5. After 1st gear is engaged slowly release the clutch paddle and at the same time press the accelerate paddle.

6. Your car start moving forward after you release the clutch, follow step 4 to engage 2nd gear and same has to be done to go for higher gears as well.

7. Once your car start moving pay attention to your surroundings and use side view mirror and rear view mirror as well.

Reversing the manual car:

1. To go for reverse use gear knob to engage reverse gear that was denoted with letter R on the gear knob.

2. After reverse gear is engaged pay attention to the surroundings through rear and side view mirrors and then slowly release the clutch paddle and press the accelerate paddle as well.





How to drive Automatic cars:

Automatic cars does not have the clutch paddle, the gears will be engaged through gear knob on which the letters P R N D will be mentioned in which P stands for Parking, R stands for Reverse, N stands for Neutral, and D stands for Drive . Here are some steps to be followed to drive automatic car.

1. Automatic cars have only difference of gear box as compared to manual cars so first three steps of manual should be followed as it is in this also.

2. In automatic cars, to go forward first we need to press the brake paddle and then engage the D mode with the help of gear knob.

3. Now the D mode is activated we need to release the brake paddle and press the accelerate paddle slowly to move forward.

4. When you park the car somewhere you can go for P mode, to engage P mode you need to press the button given on the side of gear knob.

Reversing the Automatic car:

1. To reverse the car you need to engage the R mode through the gear knob after pressing the brake paddle and the rest will remain same.

Parking brakes:

Parking brakes are used in the cars when you park your car somewhere, it is mandatory to engage the parking brakes to prevent your car to move forward or backward after it has been parked. It was highly recommended at the slopy areas to prevent car crashing.
